LowCarbSpark makes it a matter of policy to respect and protect user privacy to the best of our ability. We have designed and uploaded this privacy policy to describe how we use, share and protect any user personal information that we get access to through our website and services. By your continued use of this website, you give your permission to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information, as described hereafter.

THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We have three ways of collection information from and about you. They are:

  • Personally provided information: The first is information received from you in your interactions with our website. The personal information we may collect under this category includes (but is not limited to): your name, contact information, and your date of birth.

Other than to provide you the service, we will not use this information to specifically locate you for any other reason. The information collected under this category are non-personal and non-identifying. They only help us to tailor our website to your needs and enhance your online experience at LowCarbSpark by saving your preferences and to help identify special website features, advertisements and offers that may interest you.

Advertising Privacy Statement

This Site is affiliated with AdThrive, LLC (“AdThrive”) for the purposes of placing advertising on the Site.  AdThrive uses standard and widely-available tools for the placement and serving of ads, including those provided by Google, Inc. and its affiliates. We publish interest-based advertisements on the Site; that is, ads that are tailored to reflect your interests. To help understand your interests, AdThrive, Google and our other advertising partners will track your behaviour on our website and on other websites across the Internet using cookies.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

We do not provide the LowCarbSpark website and its services for the use of children. We do not direct our content or marketing strategies towards children under the age of 18, and we will not knowingly collect private information from minors.

USE OF COOKIES

At LowCarbSpark, we use cookies, pixel tags, etags, HTML 5 storage and other similar technologies on most portions of our website, and  use these to monitor and understand your use of our website and services; improve user experience and enable personalized content and features; optimize our marketing and advertisements and see which email promotions interested you; and to help third-party advertising companies to serve advertisements on our behalf across the Internet.

To the best of our ability, we have put in place measures that are prohibitive in order to protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, revelation, destruction, and alteration.
