1. In a small bowl, add the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Whisk to combine.

2.– Place the pork belly strips into the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Brush with the mixture on both sides.

3.Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, then baste the strips with the barbeque sauce on both sides.

4. Return to the oven and bake for 15 minutes until crispy on the edges.

5. – Baste again with the remaining barbeque sauce and remove from the oven.
