1.– In a small bowl, combine all the seasonings.

2. Pat dry chicken quarters with a dry paper towel.

3. Brush the chicken legs with olive oil.

4.  Generously sprinkle with the seasoning mix and use your hands to evenly distribute the seasonings on both sides.

5. Place the chicken legs on the rack and bake for 35-45 minutes.

6. Remove the chicken from the oven and rest for 5 minutes.
