Wash the tomatoes and slice them into thick slices.

Grease a baking sheet with olive oil.

Arrange the tomatoes on a baking sheet.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then top each slice of tomato with shredded parmesan cheese.

Garnish with dried oregano.

– Bake the tomatoes for 10 minutes or until the cheese becomes golden brown.
