Cut off all of the green leaves and the white stalk at the bottom of the head of the cauliflower.

– Cut the cauliflower into 3/4-inch thick slices and place them on the baking sheet.

– Mix the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Brush the cauliflower steaks with the mixture on both sides. 

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven, top each cauliflower steak with shredded mozzarella 

Bake it for 5 -10 more minutes or until the cheese is melted and the cauliflower is fork tender.

– Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh chopped parsley, and enjoy!!
