Slice the chicken breast into two thinner pieces.

Then season them with salt and pepper on both sides.

Cook the chicken breast pieces and cook until brown on each side.

Remove from the pan and set them aside on a plate.

Add the remaining olive oil to the same skillet and cook the minced garlic for about 1 minute. Add the halved tomatoes and cook them until tender.

Add in the heavy cream and pesto. Mix until well combined.

Cook until the sauce begins to simmer.
