Make a slit in the middle of each chicken breast and set it aside while making the stuffing. 

Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Then add the onions.

Cook until softened and caramelized. – Season with fresh thyme, salt, and pepper and stir until well combined.

Cook the stuffed chicken breast in the same skillet for 3 minutes on each side until golden-brown.

– Bake the french onion-stuffed chicken breast for 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked.

– Allow the chicken breast to cool for a few minutes, then enjoy.
