In a large mixing bowl, add the ground chicken, eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, almond flour (or breadcrumbs), diced onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning. 

Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking loaf pan. Smooth out the top with a spatula or the back of a spoon.

Mix the ketchup, sweetener, garlic powder, and salt in a small bowl to create the topping.

Spread the topping mixture evenly over the top of the meatloaf, using a spoon or a brush to cover the entire surface.

Place the meatloaf in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 45-55 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the top is nicely browned.
