INSTRUCTIONS

1&2  Combine all the dry ingredients with a silicone spatula.

3&4 Mix until a slightly thick but sticky batter forms, and flatten it into a large circle.

5&6.– Bake for about 12-15 minutes, and meanwhile prepare the icing.

7&8 – Add all the ingredients and beat them until smooth and creamy.  

9&10.– Once the crust is cooled completely spread the cream cheese filling, and decorate with fresh fruits.
