In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs for 1-2 minutes until frothy.

Add the melted butter and chocolate.

Mix until well combined.

Stir in the sweetener, almond flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Mix until the batter is well combined.

Prepare the Gingerbread Cookie Batter. Add the egg, cream cheese, vanilla extract, and melted butter to a large bowl and mix until well combined.

Assembling the Brownies and Cookies. Spread the brownie batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.

– Roll out the cookie dough to 1/4" thickness, then use a cookie cutter to cut out the cookies.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs (not wet batter).
