– 4 cups broccoli florets bite-size piece – 4 cups cauliflower florets bite-size piece – 2 tbsp olive oil – 3 cloves garlic minced – 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning – ½ cup parmesan cheese shredded – salt and pepper to taste

INGREDIENTS

1. Wash the broccoli and cauliflower.

2&3. Cut the vegetables. Pat dry them using paper towels.

4. – Add the vegetables to a bowl, olive oil, garlic, Italian Seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

5. Arrange the vegetables on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
