1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 5 minutes or until tender.
3. – Wash the chicken livers and pat them dry. Then cut them in half and remove the white parts.
4. – Add the chicken livers into the skillet, and cook on medium/ high heat.
5. Cook the chicken livers for 7-10 minutes or until it is no more light pink inside.
6. – Turn off the heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
