2. Sautee the onion for 3-4 minutes or until tender.

3. add minced garlic and chopped zucchini. Cook zucchini for 4-5 minutes until crip tender.

4. Add in the chopped tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 more minutes until the tomatoes begin to burst.

5. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese (if used).
