1&2.Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. – Add ground beef and cook for 8-10 minutes until browned.

3.Once the meat is evenly browned, remove from the heat, and drain all the excess fat.

4.In a large bowl add the chopped romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, avocado and green onion.

5. Then add the shredded cheddar cheese and the cooked beef.

6. Toss all the ingredients to coat. Enjoy!
