Cut the tips off and separate the drumettes and the wingettes.

– Place the chicken in a large bowl and toss with olive oil. – Add the seasonings and toss until evenly coated.

Line a sheet pan with foil and place a wire rack on top.

– Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on the rack.

– Bake for 40-45 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
