Pot Pie Soup
Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté until tender.
Wash and cut your vegetables, add them over the onion and garlic.
dd the chicken breast the onion and vegetables. Add the seasoning and continue cooking until the chicken is cooked through.
Pour the chicken broth into the pot and simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, and peas.
Remove the pot from the heat, garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!!
