1. Sautee the onion and garlic and cook for 2 minutes or  Next, add the chopped celery, carrots, salt, and pepper and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. Add the chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, oregano, and basil, and stir using a wooden spoon until everything is well combined.

3. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let the soup simmer for 15-20 minutes until the cabbage and all the vegetables are tender.

4. – Turn off the heat, garnish with fresh parsley or dill, and enjoy.
