Grilled Chicken Kabobs with Vegetables
1. Start by soaking the wooden skewers in cold water for at about 30 minutes.
2.Chop the chicken breast and vegetables into 1-inch pieces.
3. Place the chicken in a large bowl and season with olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
4.Thread a piece of chicken and then a piece of red onion, red bell pepper, zucchini onto the skewer. Repeat until you the skewer is full.
5. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and grill the chicken skewers for 5-7 minutes.
6. Cook each
