1. In a large bowl crack the eggs.

2. Beat with a hand mixer for 2-3 minutes until frothy.

3. – Add the melted coconut oil and butter and mix for 1 minute.

4. Add in the almond flour, psyllium husks powder, baking powder, salt and stevia drops. 

5. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.

6. – Transfer the bread mixture into the prepared pan.

7. Bake for about 50 minutes until it gets a nice golden brown color.
