1.Grate the zucchini and sprinkle one teaspoon of salt.

2. Using a clean kitchen towel to squeeze out as much moisture as possible.

3. Place the zucchini into a large mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients.

4. Using a silicone spatula combine all the ingredients.

5.Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan. – Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minute

6. Slice the bread once it's completely cooled.
