Sharing my favorite recipe for candied pecans has been on my list for a while, and I always wanted to share the recipe with you just before holidays.

You’ll love these keto butter roasted pecans because they’re crunchy crispy with a hint of cinnamon.

Usually, candied pecans you can get from the store are covered in a high sugar coating. I had to come with the best keto candied pecans recipe that’s keto-friendly and low carb.

I use pecans a lot in my recipes like this keto pecan pie mug cake, my favorite, and Easy Chocolate Pecan Keto Fudge.

Ingredients You’ll need for Low Carb Candied Pecans

ingredients for sugar free candied pecans
  • Pecans
  • Butter – unsalted
  • Brown Sugar Substitute – I recommend using my favorites Sukrin Gold’s brown sugar alternative or Lakanto Golden Monkfruit. Of course, you can use any granulated sweetener you have on hand such as Erythritol or Monk Fruit.
  • Cinnamon and Vanilla extract – to add that holiday kick use pumpkin pie spice instead.

How to Make Keto Candied Pecans:

Making homemade low carb candied pecans is ridiculously easy. You just combine butter and sweetener until you get a thick sauce. Then add the pecans until fragrant. Season with vanilla extract and cinnamon and voila -there you have the best keto-friendly candied pecans.

This recipe requires no baking, so it’s super quick to make, but if you prefer extra crispy and fragrant pecans, you can bake the coated pecans at 350°F for 5-7 minutes, until fragrant and lightly crisp.
