Reason to Use an Instant Pot
Changing your cooking method might not only save you money and provide you with healthier meals, but it could also help the environment.
There are so many reasons to enjoy the Instant Pot, from fast to slow-cooked meals to baking cakes and sweets. Here are the main reasons for its popularity — and why you should consider purchasing one as well.
- Instant pots use less energy – They may cook food up to 70% quicker than a traditional oven because of heat and steam.
- No need to defrost – There’s no need to thaw your food in the microwave before cooking, you can cook frozen meat or other ingredients directly.
- You can cook without oil – An Instant Pot cooks under high heat and pressure, similar to steaming, and does not require any additional fats or oils.
