What can I use instead of soy sauce?

I used soy sauce because I was out of tamari. I make this recipe often because everyone loves it.

Soy sauce often comes with hidden sugars, wheat, and other ingredients that aren’t keto-friendly. Regarding carbs, soy sauce usually has 1g of carbs for a tablespoon.
