Ingredients for the cheese chips
I used aged cheddar cheese because that’s what I had in the fridge.
You can also use any kind of high-fat cheese such as:
- shredded mozzarella
- gouda cheese
- parmesan cheese.
Flavorful cheese chips
For this batch of cheese chips, I used different toppings.
You can grate the cheese on your own to avoid the extra ingredients added to the pre-grated cheese packages.
I wanted something spicy so I topped each cheese pile with jalapeño slices.
For the keto pizza chips, I used a tiny bit of tomato paste and dried oregano. This combo is by far my favorite. You should definitely try it.
Sprinkle some smoked paprika and salt and you have the perfect keto treat for a movie night or just for a quick munch. My mouth is watering as I am writing this article.

Quick and Easy Keto Cheese Chips - Pizza bites & Spicy Keto Cheese Chips
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 jalapeno pepper
spices: salt, pepper, smoked paprika
Optional: tomato paste
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spoon one tablespoon piles of shredded cheese on the parchment paper until you have no cheese left.
Place jalapeño slices on top of each cheese pile.
- Bake until the edges are golden, about 10-12 minutes.
- Let them cool down and serve them at room temperature.
Feel free to add any toppings you like.
