Keto Cheese Chips Ingredients

I used aged cheddar cheese because that’s what I had in the fridge, but any shredded cheese would work perfectly. Just make sure to cook them long enough and allow low carb cheese chips to completely cool down before serving. Even a combo of your favorite cheeses or leftover cheese makes fantastic baked cheese crisps.

You can also use any kind of high-fat cheese such as:

  • shredded mozzarella
  • gouda cheese
  • parmesan cheese.

How to Make Keto Cheese Chips?

For this batch of cheese chips, I used different toppings.

You can grate the cheese on your own to avoid the extra ingredients added to the pre-grated cheese packages.

I wanted something spicy so I topped each cheese pile with jalapeño slices.

For the keto pizza chips, I used a tiny bit of tomato paste and dried oregano. This combo is by far my favorite. You should definitely try it.

You’re absolutely going to love eating them plain, dipping them in salsa, guacamole or enjoy them with the freshest Picco de Gallo dip.

Use cheddar chips in salads in place of croutons for extra crunch. If this sounds weird just try it and you’ll thank me later. It’s heavenly delicious!

      1. I've seen cheese crackers on the shelves at the grocery store but they always have more carbs than I'm willing to add to my diet. I will give these a try and add it to my upcoming recipe review blog post.. Thanks for the recipe!
