How to Make Grain-Free Savory Jalapeno Cheddar Waffles?
It’s a breeze to make these if you have a non-stick waffle maker. If you don’t make some delicious savory keto pancakes instead!
- To make the waffles blend together all the ingredients: eggs, cheddar cheese (cubed or shredded), jalapeno, cream cheese, coconut flour. Add salt and pepper to taste. I love using a blender here because it’s super quick, but you can whisk all the ingredients in a large bowl!
- Allow the batter to rest for about 5 minutes and then heat your waffles maker.
- Then, pour about 1/3 cup of batter and cook for 4-5 minutes until super crispy.
- Repeat with the remaining batter and serve warm!

- 3 tbsp coconut flour
- 3 oz. cheddar cheese cubed or shredded
- 1 small jalapeno chopped
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
