    This is amazing. The first time I made it, it turned out just like the picture. I made it again to take to a pot luck and it was kind of messy – still yummy, though. I think the difference was that I had made the pudding the day before and then it set up before I assembled the layers, so I had to stir it up to layer it. And then the dessert never really set up well. So, I will just make it all the same day going forward. Also, the first time I used a 9×9 inch pan and yesterday used an 8×8.

    I also heated some SF raspberry jam and put that on top of the pudding layer.
