How to Make Tuscan Chicken?

You are going to absolutely love the creamy sauce, the garlicky taste, and tangy sundried tomatoes that perfectly pair with the juiciest pan-seared chicken breast.

  1. To make the best Tuscan Chicken, we’ll start by searing the chicken in a large pan over medium heat. Cook the meat for about 5 minutes on each side or until it gets a nice brown color.
  2. Make the creamy sauce – Remove cooked chicken breast from the pan and add heavy cream, chicken broth, cream cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese. Whisk well to combine and simmer for a few minutes.
  3. In the thickened cream sauce, add sun-dried tomatoes and fresh spinach. Cook for about one minute or until spinach reduces its volume.
  4. Add the chicken back into the pan and coat with the sauce.
  5. Serve immediately on top of pasta (if not low-carb), zero carb noodles, or with zucchini noodles.

I made your Creamy Tuscan Chicken last night. It was good, but a little richer than the food I usually eat. Also, I am cooking just for myself, not a family. Do you think I could freeze some of it for later? Thanks for the recipe!

HOLY WOW!! This recipe is fantastic! Easy to make, really delicious, and a quick clean-up. My husband responded after two bites with, “Wow! This is really great!”. Because we are self-isolating due to Covid-19 I used skinless, boneless breast tenders and fresh garlic because it’s what I had on hand. Will definitely be adding this to our menu rotation when I can get to the store again. Thank you for a recipe I’ll be making for years to come!

I just made this for the family and loved it!! I only wished that I had cut up the chicken before cooking it. One of my chicken breasts were really big and not cooked enough. The flavor was amazing! I used fresh oregano, basil and parsley. We’ll be saving this for sure
