- 10-12 chicken legs
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter or ghee melted
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 ½ tsp thyme and lemon sea salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 lemon sliced

- In a large bowl combine the melted butter, olive oil, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Wisk well and add the chicken legs. Toss well to coat! Let t

- Preheat the oven to 425 F / 220C.
