Tzatziki is a creamy, delightful Greek dish that can be used to balance off spicy flavors. This sauce goes well with freshly grilled meats, seafood, and bread and is frequently served as a side dish.

Is Tzatziki Sauce Keto-Friendly?

Ingredients For This Greek Tzatziki Sauce

In addition to being extremely delicious, creamy, and refreshing, this sauce is made very quickly and contains cheap ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry. Here is everything you need:

Ingredients Easy Greek Tzatziki Sauce
  • Greek Yogurt – I recommend using full-fat Greek Yogurt to obtain that great creamy texture without adding too many extra calories. If you’re vegan or want to avoid dairy, use dairy-free Yogurt.
  • Olive Oil
  • Lemon Juice – this ingredient gives the sauce a mild acidity and helps to keep it fresh.
  • Dill – always fresh because it has a more intense flavor. I think this ingredient perfectly complements all the flavors in this sauce.
  • Garlic – fresh garlic is the best for this recipe. After storing in the fridge for a few minutes, its aroma will intensify and give a special taste to the sauce.
  • Salt- to taste.
  • Cucumber – Cucumbers are the ingredient that gives that refreshing and special taste to the dish. You can pell them if you want or leave them as we did.
