1&2. – Add the chicken breast to a large bowl and season with onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. – Mix everything to combine well.

3. – Heat the olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.

4. Add the chicken breast and cook until brown on each side.

5. Add onions and garlic to the same skillet and cook for about 5 minutes. 

6. Add diced tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, and capers. Stir everything well and simmer for about 5 minutes.

7. – Bring the chicken breast back to the skillet and cover it with sauce. Top with black olives and feta cheese.
