Ingredients
  

  • 5 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 large zucchini grated about 10 oz
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 10 bacon slices diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease or line with parchament paper a 9x 13-inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and seasonings. Mix until well incorporated.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking pan.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes or golden brown on top or until cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
