Pizza Stuffed Chicken
Preheat oven to 400°F/200°C.
Add about ½ cup marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9X13 inch pan.
Cut pockets into each chicken breast.
Season the chicken.
Add four slices of pepperoni in the chicken pocket.
Add the mozzarella and basil leaves.
Pan sear the chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Transfer the chicken to the prepared dish and top with the remaining sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni slices.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
