Frequently Asked Questions

How To Know When My Brownies Are Ready?

Insert a skewer into the center of the brownies to see if they are done. If the skewer is clean, they are done. If not, return them to the oven to continue cooking for two minutes, then check one more.

Is Pumpkin Keto-Friendly?

Sure, pumpkin is a great ingredient for someone following a keto diet and not only because it has fewer carbs than other fruit and vegetables and can be used to create many delicious recipes.

Can I Replace Almond Flour With Coconut Flour?

No, because coconut flour absorbs liquid extremely quickly compared to almond flour. So if you use coconut flour instead of almond flour, you will end up with some dry brownies.
