- 8-12 lb bone in ham
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup golden sweetener or brown sugar if not keto
- 2 tbsp molasses
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ¾ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp All Spice
- ¾ tsp mustard powder minced
- Preheat the oven to 350°F/ 180C.
- Remove the rind of the ham and score the fat in a criss-cross pattern. Try not to cut too deep into the flesh.
- Make the ham glaze – Add sweetener, butter, molasses, mustard, and spices to a small pan over medium heat. Stir until the sweetener is dissolved.
- Baste the ham all over with the glaze.
- Bake for 90 minutes, basting every 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and rest for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
