Ingredients
  

  • 8-12 lb bone in ham
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup golden sweetener or brown sugar if not keto
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ¾ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp All Spice
  • ¾ tsp mustard powder minced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F/ 180C.
  • Remove the rind of the ham and score the fat in a criss-cross pattern. Try not to cut too deep into the flesh.
  • Make the ham glaze – Add sweetener, butter, molasses, mustard, and spices to a small pan over medium heat. Stir until the sweetener is dissolved.
  • Baste the ham all over with the glaze.
  • Bake for 90 minutes, basting every 20 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and rest for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
